This was one of the most hilarious scenes to me, mostly because Draco didn't expected Hermione to react to his joke like this in any way. (He originally says something like "I could get used to see you on your knies right there in front of me" but I think my translation is quite okay, too

The story is about Hermione making a deal with Ginny, that she wouldn't be able to seduce Draco, a guy who would never ever show any interest in a messy girl like her. Making use of her unknown feminine vibes, she somehow leaves an impression on the nosy Slytherin.
